Two Heart Beatz & A Dream Foundation, Inc. was founded on the belief that every young person deserves access to opportunities that inspire confidence, creativity, and hope. We exist to empower underserved youth through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, workforce readiness, leadership development, and hands-on creative learning experiences.
Through mentorship, practical skill-building, and real-world exposure, we help young people discover their strengths, develop economic confidence, and build a foundation for lifelong success. Our programs are designed to equip youth with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to transform their ideas into opportunities and their dreams into achievable goals.
Serving youth throughout California's High Desert, we are committed to creating pathways that empower the next generation of leaders, creators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Meet Our Founder
As a therapist, mentor, mother, and entrepreneur, Marsadez Troupe has spent her career helping young people overcome challenges and discover their potential. Two Heart Beatz & A Dream Foundation was born from her belief that every child deserves access to opportunities that inspire confidence, creativity, and hope. Through mentorship, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy education, she is committed to helping youth build the skills and mindset needed to create successful futures for themselves and their communities.
This last version feels warm, authentic, and mission-driven while highlighting the qualities that make you uniquely qualified to lead the organization. It tends to resonate especially well with donors, grant reviewers, and community partners.
